Welcoming a newborn baby into the world is an exciting moment for every parent. Capturing those precious moments is crucial, and that’s why I had the pleasure of doing a lifestyle photoshoot for a beautiful newborn baby boy named Hunter.
The shoot was set in Hunter’s home in London, which provided a perfect backdrop for the images. The natural light that streamed in through the windows added a soft and cozy feel to the photographs. His parents had arranged everything beautifully for the shoot. The setting was warm and cozy, and Hunter looked so comfortable and peaceful. I started clicking away, capturing the different moments of Hunter’s day-to-day life, from his feeding time to his naps. Hunter’s parents were happy to have their baby’s first photoshoot at home, as it gave them an opportunity to capture their son in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
The photoshoot was kept as natural as possible, with little interference from me. I wanted to capture the genuine moments between Hunter and his parents. He was the star of the show, and we dressed him in different outfits that highlighted his newborn features such as his toes, fingers, and ears. We even tried a couple of posed shots with the baskets I brought along.
Throughout the photoshoot, I made sure to take my time and be patient with Hunter, allowing him to rest and feed whenever he needed to. This helped to create a relaxed and stress-free environment for everyone involved.
As a photographer, it was a privilege to be able to capture these precious moments for the family, and I was thrilled when they said they will treasure these photos for years to come.
